Morning sickness can be quite bad. It will be better when you are on 2nd trim. Do drink losta of water to prevent dehydration. Take more on fiber foods. Fresh Fruit juices. And do rest more..

For me, I'll drink milo mix with oats for energy booster. And rest more mummy! First trimester is a little tough but you'll get better! ❤️

Eat frequent and small meals. For me, I like cereals with cold milk. Or u can drink milo. If it’s serious, see ur gynae about it

Probably from your morning sickness! Eat a little throughout the day. And see a dr if very serious.
