Is toothpaste safe to use?

I'm not sure if I should still brush my teeth with toothpaste, what if I accidentally swallow some toothpaste and poison the baby? There are alot of harmful chemicals in the toothpaste. Any pregnancy safe toothpaste that I can use?

there's also a lot of harmful chemicals in skincare, makeup, shower gels and cleaning agents. look at the ingredients list before deciding. general rule is no SLS, SLES, Parabens, PEGs, perfume/fragrance, petroleum etc. https://wellnessmama.com/wm-toxic-ingredients/ look for natural ingredients, can always check using think dirty app or cosmily web.
