Pregnancy burps

I’m into my 14 weeks, and keeps getting burps after each meal. It gets worse at dinner times especially. I can have more than 30 burps from dinner. Is this normal and will continue the whole way to last tri? :(

Maybe you can try splitting your meal but eat more frequently.

Thanks. I have tried that including reducing the amounts I eat, as well as taking probiotics
