i used to read, can drink not more than 200mg caffeine. but best if you don't take it everyday or set aside coffee first as it can inhibit your nutrient absorption. especially when u take supplements.

its safe as long as u drink the recommended amount. but it might make ur hb low and some other problems. better stick to juice for whole pregnancy.much beneficial for u and ur baby.
