Im in Week 5 and i found out that i was pregnant 3 days before my travel to China for holidays. I really regret coming for holidays now because there are so many smokers on streets. While I try to avoid outdoor as much, it is really tough to avoid completely. I put on mask whenever i'm walking on streets but i am still really worried for the effects. Anyone happened to have similar experience or advice? Sighhh. #worriedfirsttimemum
