Low lying placenta

Hi im in week 21 now and I was informed during my scan that i have low lying placenta and it's normal. i read about it and is feeling abit worried if there's any complication. did any mummies experience the same? is there anything we should do? avoid exercise etc?

I was informed of that during my pregnancy too. Was worried but thankfully the placenta went up later in the pregnancy and I was able to deliver normally at the end. Advice to you will be to sit more and don’t carry heavy things or do houseworks. You can even try talking to baby to help you to push the placenta up (that’s what i did).
