Case by case and depends on gynae. Private does not guarantee HL. Most gynae are very strict with HLs unless you really need it (will access your condition).
agree. I have sciatica as well. was bedridden for 3 days (had to even pee on diapers). under private gynae but no HL given. deemed "not serious enough".
