Nauseous when too full?

Hi! I’m in first trimester and usually feel unwell (nauseous and stomach feels uncomfortable) at night.. is it due to too eating too full during dinner or just simply the timing? I can eat and don’t feel unwell when I wake up in the morning. It’s mainly evening towards dinner and thereafter. Peak of unwell is like 10-11pm.. Anyone experiencing this too? Or can share why? Thanks!

Excited to become a mum

Might be bloating! It’s common. And your digestive system slows down so maybe it’s indigestion as well! Eat smaller meals ;)
