Feeling uncomfortable

Hi, I'm in about 7 weeks of pregnancy. The fatigue seems to have gone down. The issue is I'm always hungry but has no appetite due to weird taste in mouth and feeling nauseous. When I do eat something I like I will eat a bit before feeling nauseous and wants to lie down again. Is this normal? And any tips to eat more despite the discomfort? This is my first pregnancy.

Himalaya salt candy helps with nausea. Dr recommended it as well.

Thanks! I'm eating Ribena pastilles now. Strange but I had a craving for Ribena and takes about 6 pastilles a day. Thought I needed to find something else so I eat things in moderation! Thanks for sharing!
