Stomach upset

I’m in my 38weeks+1day today, I have been having a mild cramp like menstrual pain in my left abdominal for an hour, am I in a labor now? What should be the sign of active labor and when should I go hospital?

U shud time it.. how frequent it happens n how long is it.. active labour usually u will know. Its damn painful to even type this online hahahah
