You may consider elevating your hips with a folded blanket or blocks or a platform just to take the pressure of a little and ease the cramping in your legs when in crossed legged position.
Even coming to 10 months pregnant, i still sit on the floor crossed leg. Just that ill have trouble standing back up due to leg cramp/numbness
I always sit cross legged at work (on my chair), home (floor) all the time. Just nd to move abit when its gonna cramp 😂
It’s okay as long as u feel comfortable, but remember to walk ard every 45mins
