Brownish spotting at 25th weeks.

Hi, I’m in 26weeks now. Currently I’m having brownish spotting about more than a week, no pain and baby still move. I did vaginal screening and ultrasound. The baby and placenta looks good, but the gynae said there’s some erosion at my vagina that maybe it was the spotting causes. Im sick of worrying because the spotting seems not to stop. Anyone having the same experience?
