Painful and extremely erect nipples

I'm in my 21 weeks now. My nipples have been super erected and painful since the start of my pregnancy. I read that most of this should have gone away once you enter 2nd tri but it's still the same for me. Is it normal? What can I do to make it less erected? I always have to put another cup inside my bra to prevent wardrobe malfunction. #advicepls #1stimemom #pregnancy

its ok to read up on it or ask about it but its best not to 100% follow/believe what the internet or people say, for your own peace of mind. trust your body babe. it knows what its doing and when its suppose to do it. remember, everyone is different. ok? take it as a practice-pain for when baby is breastfeeding cause thats when your nipples will get sore and it will crack and sometimes bleed. but if it really really bothers you or affect your day to day, then try talking to your gynae. stay strong mama! 💪🏼
