Flu in midnight

I'm in my 18 weeks pregnancy. I always, almost every day experience flu and blowing nose during midnight. Does anyone know what it cause and how can I avoid it? #firstbaby #pregnancy #advicepls

I read that it is normal our nose gets a bit runny due to swollen nasal ‘veins’ during pregnancy. Not sure how you can avoid it but I believe the phase will pass. I avoid having the fan blow directly at my face.
