I have yogurt at the ready. And decaf tea. Liquids sometimes trick our tummy into thinking we’re full, so we don’t overeat. At the same time, we’re hydrating! If still hungry after tea, then I have a slice of toast with peanut butter or something

Yeah sounds like a lot of carbs and sugar - try cucumber, carrot sticks with hummus?

try eating more fruits? oats or nuts ?
