There's no list of foods intended for pamanhikan actually. Some do it in the restaurants and some just order. In our case, 7 years ago, we just ordered foods from Ambers. But of course, it's still fun to cook for all the visitors. In Batangas for example, they butcher pigs and cook the traditional putahe: dinuguan, caldereta, menudo, pochero and chicharon.
