Pelvic pain???

I’m having severe pain sa may lower left butt cheek area, and other joint parts around the pelvic area. I’m almost at my 20 weeks. Is this normal??? Hirap tumayo ng bed & umakyat ng stairs. Bigla sya sumasakit. First time mom! Thanks po
