headache

Im having more frequent headache nowadays, im 8weeks plus going to 9 weeks pregnant. May i know if its normal or if its not, what might be the possible cause? And how do i relieve that? Thanks!

I get that all the time too. I find that going to bed early and staying hydrated helps alot. Get lots of rest and take care.
