I’ve been scared of this too :( but I’m sure it’ll be ok. I’ve been eating a lot of fibres and magnesium as a supplement whenever I haven’t gone for 3 days. Papaya, banana have been great for me constipation-wise but I eat these in moderation.

Drink some Sunsweet Prune juice, it helps bowel movement but doesn’t causes diarrhoea 👍🏻

Prune juice gives me diarrhoea and fecal incontinence.. find that Greek yogurt helps better

take in more fibres (such as vegetables and fruits) as well as drink more water.

no it wouldn’t affect baby. drink prune juice and eat more fiber
