Please weight atleast 3 months before you can do intense exercises. Your body is healing and it requires rest. You can do pelvic floor exercises and kegels to strengthen and hasten recovery. Even when you start at 3 months go easy start really slow and steady. How you take care of your body know is going to define your quality of life for the rest of your life.
