Week 37 and 3 Days

I’m having bad backache and cramps on my lower abdomen, comes and go. I do feel nauseous too at times. Is this a sign of labour? #pleasehelp #advicepls #pregnancy

hi mummy! better check with your gynae of you are already dilated or not. am also in my 37th week with cramps but when dr checked, im still not dilated. take care!
