my gynae was dr jasmine mohd. she gave me HL for both my pregnancies without any hesitation! she's also a lovely and gentle doctor, does thomson, mount e novena and mount alvernia. you can consider as well :)
my gynae was Dr citra and she gave me HL at week 35 onwards and she was the one who asked! I didn't even know I could get HL so early on.
Can try mount alvernia gynaes , they still give HL at 33wks
