Baby shaking / shivering in womb

Hi all, I’m FTM week 36+ now. Recently noticed that baby might shake like shivering in womb for few seconds. Anybody encountered this before and has any idea why? #firstmom #advice

It's completely normal to feel concerned when you notice your baby shaking or shivering in the womb. In most cases, these movements are just a result of your baby's developing nervous system and muscles. Babies can have various types of movements in the womb, including stretching, kicking, hiccupping, and even shivering. During pregnancy, fetal movements can be influenced by factors like your diet, activity level, and even your stress levels. In some cases, fetal movements can also be a response to a change in your blood sugar levels or the baby's reaction to loud noises or sudden movements. If you're worried about your baby's movements, it's always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider. They can provide you with guidance, reassurance, and monitor your baby's well-being. Remember to keep track of your baby's movements and report any significant changes or concerns to your healthcare provider. In the meantime, try to relax and focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle during these final weeks of your pregnancy. Ensure you're getting plenty of rest, staying hydrated, eating well-balanced meals, and practicing relaxation techniques to reduce stress. If you have any further questions or notice any unusual changes in your baby's movements, don't hesitate to reach out to your healthcare provider for personalized advice and support. Your baby's well-being is the top priority, and it's always best to seek professional guidance for any concerns during pregnancy. https://invl.io/cll6she
