First visit

I’m FTM, taking my NB to his first polyclinic visit for the first follow up jab. Is there anything I need to prepare or take note of or ask the doctor / nurse there? TIA!

Birth cert, health booklet They’ll ask you about the feeding and number of diapers used:)
