hi! im a ftm im going to 3 weeks postpartum and my body is still full of fats i look huge… will i get my pre pregnancy body back…

Yes you will! I only managed to shed the additional weight after I returned to work, i.e. about 6-8 months post partum. Try to take some time to exercise when you are able to :)
