I’m using spectra s1 . It is a hospital grade pump and it works well for me. If you find it too big, you can trial and error other brands by renting pumps. Once you know what suits u better, you can buy a brand new one yourself. You can google for pump rentals. For wearable pumps, it took me going through 3 different brands to find out what works best for me…

I used Spectra Dual gold then changed to Spectra S1+. Spectra S1+ is hospital grade one (good suction) and has rechargeable battery (so that you can pump anywhere. This is especially useful when you are tired and want to pump anywhere in the house).

loveamme is not wearable but portable. think hospital grade ones not wearable
