Oo naman, sobrang common yan especially around that time of day, marami sa amin na buntis na nararamdaman yan! Try drinking plenty of water throughout the day (hindi lang isang beses), eat smaller meals more frequently instead of heavy meals, at mag-avoid ng masyadong mainit na pagkain or spicy foods dahil yan talaga ang nakakatigger ng gas. A few of us swear by light walking after meals at staying upright for a bit after eating, it really helps daw. But since yan ay consistent na sayo every evening na ganyan, better check with your OB just to be safe, baka may other things going on din like your position or hormones na kailangan i-address nila!
