1st time Mom

hello, I'm a first time mom. My husband and I have been trying for 10 years and we are so happy to see the 2 lines on my PT. The doctor said that I'm still at my gestational stage. I don't understand the difference of gestational age and the fetal age. Is there an embryo already on this stage?
