I have baked chicken thigh + soba + spinach for my meal prep! You can even get chicken breast to be more healthy.. and add other vegs e.g red peppers, edamame :) carbs can be also quinoa/brown rice I think it’s healthy

how about salmon, hardboil eggs? they are easy to prepare :)

Yep but it can be within an hour actually! If you have a microwave at work.. I prep on Sunday and then put in the fridge and freezer ;)
