9month old fell off the bed

I'm feeling extremely guilty and bad right now.... baby fell off from the storage bed quite high and hit the floor. Can I send my baby to the hospital and do an x-ray? I'm so worried 😫 I know to monitor for any diff or vomit etc but can I just walk in and bring baby for a scan??
