Breast milk and fever

I’m feeding my LO my breastmilk. I’m currently running slight fever (37.4 / 37.5 degrees). Can my LO still drink the milk? Should I pump and dump?

No need to dump, can still feed. I’ve had a few fevers thru out my breastfeeding journey and fed my baby bm as per normal unless I’m on medications that are not bf friendly.
