Paranoid - Symptoms at week 12

I’m extremely paranoid. I’ve lost all or most of my symptoms suddenly. Including my morning sickness, nausea and etc but I’ve just went to the gynae a week back and all the scans are great. Just got my NICE test result via sms and everything is good. However, the lack of symptom is making me worried . Should I visit the gynae or wait for my next appointment in 2 weeks time?
