Can I consume confinement herbs after delivery if I am diagnosed with preeclampsia?

I’m diagnosed with mild preeclampsia(high blood pressure and proteinuria) during week 30 of pregnancy. Would like to verify if I could consume the confinement herbs(confinement herbal soups and red dates tea) after delivery?#preeclampsia #confinement

I had the same condition as you at week 36. was induced at 39+5. gynea didn't mention there was any restrictions on diet. took confinement meals for 45 days along with red date tea daily. ps: my blood pressure immediately went to normal range once epidural was administered
