Hunger of food changes

I’m currently at week 7 and for the past 6 weeks plus, I can get hungry easily especially when I’m awake but not until yesterday and today. And I have spotting for the past 2 weeks, went to see 2 diff gynae and they said not to worry & monitor first. My next visit will only be next Saturday. Is it normal to not feel hungry?
