Daily cramps

I’m currently week 4 pregnant. Been having daily moderate cramping for last 5 days especially in middle of night. Does anyone experience this too?

Yes i had before and it’s v normal. The body is fluctuating with hormones to prepare for the pregnancy and the uterus is expanding
