I'm currently 37+1 weeks and just went for my gynae checkup which estimated that my baby is also 2.4kg! Gynae recommended that i eat more and consume high fat content food such as avocado, durian, full cream milk, etc. Hopefully that can help my baby gain weight before we see the gynae again in a week's time 🙏

Hi Dr, u can eat bananas best in the form of steam cooked it will increase the weight of baby, drink milk before going to bed,have nuts and fruits 🥰
avocado with coconut juice and blend with ice.. can do at home.. refreshing.. and healthy for you and baby..
