where can I get best consultancy from Government hospitals or Private hospitals ?

I'm currently in 4 week 5 days. May I should go to the Government or Private hospital? What are the things I need to follow at earliest ? Thanks.

If you are considering public hospital and dont mind team-based consultancy (meanig you see different MO each visit), then you can go to a polyclinic for a referral letter to public hospital as a subsidized patient.
