I’m currently in 1st trimester and stopped exercising since.. I know we can go for brisk walks and static exercises but really miss sweating it out...
I’m planning/ hoping to run in second trimester if possible/ not too risky.. I have always been exercising (running/ cardio kickboxing) prior preg but stopped as they say better not to.
Any ladies out there running / doing cardio exercises? Can share your experiences/precautions?
