How much should I hydrate myself

I’m currently in my 15 week, and I have been drinking more than 2l of plain water a day. Yes I do run to the toilet to pee which isn’t a problem but I feel so dehydrated. I do have dry throat and currently with a little runny nose and phlegm that runs down in the middle of the night which is so difficult to breathe and sleep. Can someone please tell me if I’m falling sick or should I seek help from my doctor? #advicepls #pregnancy

Just drink when you feel like. Don’t stress yourself over the amount. We do get thirsty easily especially at night.. it feels no matter how much you drink you still feel thirsty. So I think you’re fine but if you’re worried, go to your gynae. At least you can have a peace of mind 😉🫶🏻
