Pelvic pain

I’m currently halfway through my second trimester have an intense pelvic pain which I have trouble standing or squatting. I tried doing pelvic muscle exercises but it’s unbearable. Any other advices? #pregnancy

I had this , this is the part where your womb is really strating to grow.. stretching and pushing all your muscles. it's something inevitable, stretch before sleep and when you wake up. if it really doesn't get any better . do consult your gynecologist

Try the prenatal yoga stretching. I had this too. The stretching helps. And when you change position (like stand/sit), suck in your pelvic floor muscles first.
