I'm currently giving my coming 4mo Aptamil stage 1 since birth ( followed what the hospital gave her). I stopped breastfeeding after 1 month and she has been on the same milk powder since she was born.
Recently she has been very gassy and spitting up quite a bit of milk after burping after every feed. She is a milk spitter and gassy baby since she was born but recently the amount she spits is much more and frequency became every feed, her gas can be so bad that her tummy looks hugee as well. (I do rub ruyi oil and give tummy massages but doesnt really help)
I'm wondering if it has got to do with the milk powder? Any other mums or dads notice your baby is more gassy while taking Aptamil? Any other formula to recommend for gassy babies?
