Red spots/bumps on thigh

Im currently gg to 35 weeks. Ever since 32 weeks i realised that i have these weird small red dots/bumps on both my thigh. A few scattered on both thigh. It doesnt itch tho. And kind of getting more ? But not so much Is this normal ?

I guess if its not it itchy then is not anything like rashes. Perhaps try consider to swap a different n mild body wash? See if it helps. During pregnancy, our skin usually more sensitive. If persists n more concern, speak with your gnae☺️
