Unable to sleep at night

I’m currently 8 weeks and find it hard to sleep at night due to uncomfortable tummy. No matter what position I tried I just can’t sleep. The tummy feels like bloated and a lot of gas. Is this normal? Anyone has any idea how to get a better sleep. TIA#1stimemom #advicepls

Hello! I been through that too! What helps me is to drink more warm water or hot honey ginger tea before sleeping! Try to burp the gas out might helps too. I do some light stretching before sleeping to relax the tense muscles to be able to sleep better. Jiayou and hope it helps you too~
