Whatever it may be, if you have cravings, go for it. If you feel those items aren't healthy, have them in moderation. Just enough to satisfy your cravings 😊 Regarding potato chips if you crave often then you can look for those healthier options. Atleast you won't feel guilty. I crave for fast foods at times. I know it's better to avoid. But cravings you see 😁 So I ask hubby to buy n 'steal' few bites from him
I think it's fine as long as you don't eat too much. I had mcdonalds a few times and even though I love it the grease makes my nausea worse so I don't dare to eat too much now.
Yup, my Gynae told me is ok, as long as in moderation :) Just that oily food might stimulate nausea. If you don’t have morning sickness, go for it! 😄
Yes, everything in moderation. Though I really binge-snack during my pregnancy
