Worried because only can see yolk at 7 weeks

Hi i’m currently 7 weeks pregnant. Went for my first scan and they spotted the sac inside uterus as well as yolk in the sac. Doctor said baby still small cannot be seen. Going for follow-up scan in 10 days time. I’m kind of worried hoping that baby doing well. Anyone of you experience this before?
