when is labour approaching?

i’m currently 37 weeks and 1cm dilated. have been experiencing sore and cramp feelings at the cervix/vagina area. tightening have been occurring very frequently, sometimes 5mins apart but can be irregular. how long will it take to be fully dilated and into labour?
