No linea nigra marks and popped belly button

Im currently 36 weeks having a babyboy. Till now I still dont have linea nigra and popped belly button. Is that normal? I thought baby boy by right should have popped out belly button? #pleasehelp #firsttimemom #FTM

I didn’t have both and had a baby boy too. But the line was significantly dark after I gave birth 🤣
