I felt the same. This is what I did. First, asked my husb to rub my back before sleep. Then put some more pillows or bolsters.. One bolster to be put behind (to support my back/body), put a small pillow to support my tummy, so I slept on the side but a bit lay back to the bolster behind. Not to forget another one for my legs. I agree, put a pillow or something to support your back! I feel that it lifts some pressure off both my back and hips
