Lower back pain & cramps

I’m currently 33 weeks plus. Having lower back pain & also my feet getting swollen. Should i go a&e to see doctor or i can just check nearby clinic? Having difficulty sleeping at night and leg cramps😭

Back pain is common and feet swollen due to water retention. However, if the pain unbearable, you may speak with your doctor/gynae. Alternatively to try compression socks, put pillow underneath your feet when sleeping. It depend on individual, so it may/may not working for you.
