Pelvic pain.

Hi Im currently at 32 weeks and every time after sitting down for sometime when standing up i will have pain around my pelvic/lower tummy area. I need to stand for few seconds before i can walk with slight pain. Anyone experience this before and what do u do to reduce the pain.

Yes it is common from second tri leading to last tri. Even worse if pregnant mummy has sciatica during pregnancy. You will need to do lots of stretching and walking. This happened due to baby has limited space, head turn down and the stretching of our uterus causing the pain in the pelvic area or lower abdomen.
